Spring Accessorizing

Although the past winter has been mild—I only broke out my thermals maybe five or so times the entire season—it was still like every other winter that has passed: Black, brown, dark blue, and charcoal clothes were in heavy rotation. Now that the thermometer has slowly risen to fifty on a regular basis, I can slowly integrate the following five items.

It’s quite cold still to go barefoot with these, but regardless, they pair well with wool socks.

It has that piled-on look that’s big nowadays, without having to mind them individually.

Not-quite-hipster, but not-quite-mainstream, these Persol-style sunglasses complements an outfit worn at a free outdoor concert. Plus, if you do lose it, no biggie.

Stock up several of these umbrellas in your car, your gym bag, and your apartment, in anticipation of spring precipitation.
